Massage therapist you can count on

Alex is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax in 2019 and then started establishing his own practice later that year.  While working through a shoulder injury Alex was introduced to the world of Massage Therapy and felt it was the only modality that effectively reduced his pain. His background in volleyball and fitness has always made him passionate to learn about the human body and how complex it truly is.

Alex’s approach to treatments tends to be more of a Deep Tissue “Sports Massage”. He likes to combine Swedish & Chinese techniques, Cupping, Muscle Stripping and Trigger Point Therapy into his routine. He also has expertise in Side-lying techniques, Pre/Postnatal Massage and Fascial Release of the anterior thorax & diaphragm.

Following in his brother’s footsteps is Justin. He is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Eastern College in Halifax in 2024. Growing up Justin always said the most important things to him when choosing a career were that he wanted to do something that actually helped people and he wanted to work with his hands. Well honestly what better choice was there than this for him as now he gets to do both daily.

As a therapist Justin strives to communicate and work with his patients to make sure their needs and personal goals are met. His treatment style is more therapeutic and tends to combine a mix of Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, Joint Mobilizations, Myofascial Release and Muscle Stripping.

Please welcome our star employee: Piper!

Piper is a two year old Irish doodle which means she‘s half poodle and half Irish Setter. She is also hypoallergenic and does not shed!

She really knows dedication like no other. Her first month here she was awarded Employee of the Month (at just 11 weeks old! WOW!) and has continued to uphold her streak since.

When she is here, Piper loves to greet clients at the clinic door, collect head scratches & belly rubs, snooze on the job and listen to rock & roll.
